Is my company required to provide tuition reimbursement to participate? No. Though we encourage companies to promote continuing education we do not require that a tuition reimbursement program be put in place in order to participate in the GROW program.

The mission of GROW is to raise the education and skill level of our workforce by helping individuals to identify areas for personal improvement and recommending programs that help them to achieve their goals. What is ACE2 involvement in the GROW program? ACE2, the Adult Centers for Educational Excellence, acts as needs assessment center for GROW, providing skills assessments and development services for participants.
